meanng…any “video vixen” could’ve done what she did in this shoot. Where’s the innovation? And the hype needs to die a lil bit on her. Her albums are gathering dust on the shelves. Like they said she should just model. It’s only b/c of Umbrella bc no one listened to “Shut up and Drive” either. Her year long longevity is pretty amazing to me. It’s like everyone liking “Laffy Taffy” and worshiping D4L for a whole year.

Robin should have done this photoshoot with his wife, its so obvious that there’s absolutely no chemistry between him & Rihanna, thus the pictures look kinda awkward.
Wow that is not what I thought I would see although it is a nice picture,but it is kinda of creepy. Robin had a huge breakout year with the song and touring with Bee I love his cd. Rihanna is a beautiful girl who keeps it moving I respect that.

When I said she was the most successful, I meant in general. Record sales is not the only thing that makes an artist successful. It should even be more to her credit that her album did not sell like Kanye’s or Alicia’s yet she is the IT girl for 2007 at Award shows and otherwise. I think she actually eclipsed Beyonce this year in star power, yes I said it. All this without the need to unnecessary DVD Concert crap.
She is a likeable girl (though hated by many here) and she is worldwide. Can’t say the same for many U.S. artists. Rihanna has a wide fanbase. She has a good team, makes decent music and is an all round “good girl”.
Let the young girl live while she can. We all know it won’t last forever. I am proud of her accomplishments. Tackling the music industry and being successful is no easy feat but at least I can see where she has put out work by the numerous tours, appearances, endorsements etc. I also love the fact that she keeps improving. And that is progress for you.
Keep doing your thing Rihanna!
