Keyshia Cole and Missy performed on stage Thursday night at the Philips Arena in Atlanta. I heard the show was good, but a bunch of rumors have been going around about Keyshia’s no show in Columbus on Wednesday night.
The kick-off of the R. Kelly “Double Up” Tour was last night [Wednesday] in Columbus and sources on Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 are saying that Keyshia Cole acted like a true DIVA!!!!!!!
The concert line-up was as follows: J. Holiday opens the show followed by Keyshia Cole, then Ne-yo, and then closing it out is R. Kelly. Well, it seems as though Keyshia felt she is more of a star than Ne-yo and refused to go on before him!!!!!!! After J. Holiday closed his set, Keyshia’s band came on stage for a few minutes and then left the stage without even playing a single tune. Ne-yo’s band came out and Ne-yo performed.
So basically, KEYSHIA COLE DIDN’T PERFORM IN COLUMBUS BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T WANT TO GO ON STAGE BEFORE NE-YO. Word is that she also complained about her dressing room being too small!!!!!! Updated November 15, 2007 — Though Kanye West has cancelled his planned performance on the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show, scheduled to tape tonight, a source close to his camp says he will go ahead with his European tour. The tour is scheduled to start in Paris on Saturday and go through the month, ending in the UK.
Kanye has not publicly commented since his mother’s death, but the Kanye West Foundation has released a statement thanking everyone for “the outpouring of support and kind words that have come in from across the country.” Instead of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Dr. West’s name to Kanye West Foundation/Loop Dreams Teacher Training Institute at 8560 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069. Donations may also be made at the Kanye West Foundation.
Dr. Jan Adams, who admitted he performed a breast reduction and tummy tuck on Donda West the day before she died, has had his show “Plastic Surgery: Before and After” pulled from the Discovery Health Network. Production had already ceased on the show, which ended in June after five years, but four repeats will not air as scheduled. “We’re just trying to be as sensitive as possible to everyone involved,” Discovery Health spokesman Chris Finnegan told The Associated Press. Questions have arisen about Dr. Adams since Dr.West’s death, including the revelation that he’s been convicted of DUI’s on three separate occasions. It is believed that Dr. West may have died of uncontrolled bleeding.
Dr. West’s cause of death has unoffically been given as “complications from surgery” but an official cause will not be known until after toxicology test results come in several weeks from now. Dr. West died in a Los Angeles hospital on Nov. 10.
The author of a book “Raising Kanye: Life Lessons From the Mother of a Hip-Hop Superstar, ” Dr. West recently gave what was possibly her last interview on the difficulties of raising children in today’s world.

From a industry point of view, Ms. Cole felt that it would be a bad move to go on before NEYO.. Maybe she felt that she would miss opportunities, like other tours, concerts and etc. Maybe in her heart and mind she feels that she is a bigger start than NEYO. However, as a performer, artist, or even so called DIVA, she should know that fans come first. She should have neg her place in the line up earlier.
If NEYO was a last minute add on to the concert on well, you roll with that or decline before showing up at the event. Showing up and not performing was just totally rude. Your fans in Columbus should get their money back. They did not care if you came out first or last, they wanted to see YOU!!!! Have you watched her show? I watched 2 episodes. I tuned in just in time to see her mom doing the crackhead jig and saying “being her mom,yeah thats ok but I got to be her friend” like that was more important.While back in ATL, her sister was getting tested because she slept with some random guy that has drug issues. This man was not her husband because her husband is sleeping and living with her first cousin. She did mention it was partly her fault because she brought another woman into their marriage. I am not sure if the cousin was the 3rd in the threesome they had. It was like Jerry Springer after the show.

For some reason I can totally see Keysha pulling a Diva stunt like this. I’ve heard and seen her on a few interviews and she seems quite capable of being a B****. I guess she is going for the tough girl image a la Mary J Blige circa 1990′s but it didn’t work so well for her either.
