According to the NY DAILY NEWS, Kimora Lee Simmons and being sued by popular department store chain Macy’s.
Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy’s for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.
In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy’s with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products.

DENNIS RODMAN GETTING SUED
Former basketball star Dennis Rodman is being sued by an ex-Vegas hotel manager, who claims he rubbed his body against her and slapped her bottom.
Sara Robinson was working at the Hard Rock Hotel in the US gambling resort when Rodman assaulted her, she claims. In her federal lawsuit, she also accuses her former employer of sacking her after she complained about the 46-year-old’s behaviour.
Ms Robinson said she was working in the Cuba Libre bar when Rodman began “making a scene” by trying to climb on the bar. “As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers,” the lawsuit alleges. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman’s grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open-handed on the bottom.”

Hopefully everything turns out ok for Kimora in this suit. I aint mad @her for pimpin Macys, the clothes, jewelry and makeup are usually marked up like 300%. At the end of the day Macys hasnt lost anything.
And about her not buying the $15mil house on Life in The Fab Lane…….. Good decision Kimora. I didnt think the house was all of that. Def not worth that much money. That was a $7 mil dollar house on its best day. It would have been a bad investment. She did the right thing. I enjoy the show so Im not sweating the small stuff everybody else needs to get over it.

Im pretty straight laced when it comes to fashion. Im a Limited and Banana Republic kinda of girl. Since most of my time is spent working. If Im going to the club Ill hit BeBe (once or twice). But Im having a hard time seeing Kimoras BP withstand over time.
Sure its somewhat the “thing” now. But I can’t see BP being what Michael Kors or Liz Claiborne is even Ralph Lauren. Not saying these are great designers but these are some that has been around for awhile now. My friend says BP will be around in 2020. I highly doubt it I think it will run it course quite soon.
