Cheryl “Salt” Wray and Sandra “Pepa” Denton partied it up all weekend at various events over in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Pepa turned 43 (yep, you read that right) on Friday (Nov. 2nd) so I’m assuming that’s why they were down there. Other celebs there: Gabrielle Union, Nick Lachey, Vanessa Minnillo, and Joumana Kidd.

Blacks do have alot of disposable income. In the Atl I see many black folk in fancy cars, big homes, high end clothes etc. Who do you think Sean John, Baby Phat, Applebottoms, etc are catering to? Why is it that when a black person have plastic surgery, its self hate??? When white people have it its just an option. Don’t act like you never teased someone on the bus for having a big nose, jumbo lips, or big ears, etc. Well, now people can alter what they don’t like. alot of plastic surgery procedures are not as expensive as you may think, like lip reduction, botox injections, nasal nares reduction( where the nares are trimmed and stitched for people that have a wide spread nose), nasal septum creation can be done under local anesthesia, etc. ( I work in the medical field, thats how I know). These procedures cost the same as your coach bag, Louis vitton bags, car rims, RTG living room suites, trip to NYC, etc. Some people save their money or use their tax refunds so it can be available to the masses if that’s what they want. Some people get it for themselves because they have always hated a feature or wanted to improve something or to please a man who may find certain features more appealing but its wrong to think black people that do have something done, hate being black. You just have to find a really good surgeon that do alot of black folk that improve their look while maintaining the ethnicity, like Kelly Rowlands nose job. Michael Jackson, Lil Kim, etc. probably went to surgeons that cater mostly to whites.

I think both Salt and Pepa look great and although she doesn’t look 43, most likely she is… but for the record Wikipedia does have wrong information at times. On the real just look at the time frame when they first came out, they been in the game for a LONG time so 43 ain’t a stretch. BTW…I love the show, but I was thinking about how they just left Spin out of the mix too.

I think they both look healthy and youthful.While I don’t care for pep’s nose job,it’s her boob job that i think is horrendous.They’re still beautiful though, one of my favorite rap groups of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Spinderella issues were brought up on last nights show. Spin feels she is as much a part of Salt N Pepa as Cheryl & Sandy and pretty much wants the credit and money they recieve. She feels she has the rights to the fame and salt n pepa’s history as Cheryl & Sandy.
Though they talked about it to each other last night, it seemed nothing was resolved to me. Both Salt & Pepa feel like they paid Spin for her Dj-ing and that was that. So she ws on that one episode but i dont think she is really a part of the new reality show.
At the end of the convo, Pepa hugged Spin and said in her ear “I’m sorry, but you aint cuttin’ in on my money” and then laughed, so I guess that answered Spin’s questions.
But Pepa looks good for 43, all are still very pretty, and I like the show. But to be honest, Salt gets on my nerves. She’s too “righteous” acting for me and kind of “whiny”. It’s like would you just relax Salt! Dang!!!!

they were staying at the EL SAN JUAN HOTEL and CASINO…the club is club BRAVA which is inside the Hotel…damn celebrities always stayin at that damn hotel is beyond me we have soooooooooooo many other hotels which are 100x better smh oh well they look great!

I really don’t think they will work out b/c Salt lives for Christ now while Pep is still out in the streets. I just can’t see them making albums like they used to. MAI03, I saw that episode as well with Spin. Pepa definitely aswered all questions with that comment she made in Spin’s ear. Spin seems very nice and although she says that she is a grown woman, she acted like a little girl or little sister at times when the discussion was goin on. Anyway, Salt said they would be able to do a show without her but not vice-versa. Also, when Spin made a comment about Jam Master Jay, Salt was like he’s great and good and Spin basically needs to keep practicing. lol!
Oh, I love the show and I don’t know about a comeback but it would be a nice change.
