Usher called in directly to an Atlanta radio station and confirmed the little baby is named USHER RAYMOND V and he was born at 9 59pm last night. He said he helped deliver the baby and they are undecided about a middle name. Congrats to them all. A healthy baby is always a reason to celebrate.
