Many people were wondering about Beyonce’s metallic nails at the American Music Awards this weekend. Her celebrity manicurist used Minx Nails’ “Golden Lightning” polish to match her golden look.

I would like to applaud her for rocking those Balenciagas well – seeing them without socks on the runway makes a huge difference. Her mother designed the patent jacket with zippers to match the shoes, and the look is topped off with J. Brand low waist jeans.
Lots of ladies were also loving Solange’s hot pink pumps from Stella McCartney’s Fall 07 collection, which are available at Net-a-porter. Her dress came courtesy of designer Giambattista Valli…

I’m showing my age here, but that dress B’s wearing is not new. It was out in the 80s. I wore something similiar to my prom, tight bodice and mermaid tale. The 80s is the new fashion now like the 70s was in the 90s and early 2000. Fashion recycles itself.
Any who, I don’t like the gold and the bodice is too tight. If it was a different color maybe. Why does she wear so much gold on the red carpet?!?!?!?!?! It’s beginning to be cliche.

Solange just looks tacky. Everybody in that family should be ashamed to let her go outside looking like that. The shoes are nice, but not with that dress. If the dress was made of different material (I think that’s chiffon, not sure), a different color, and she’d put her hair up to add some elegance and show off her long neck as Tyra Banks would say she could have pulled it off.
