Yes, it is a sacrifice, but Buffalo has nothing to offer any African American striving to do something positive. The city is depressing and virtually broke.Broke only attracts broke people. You need to surround yourself with artist that know someone …a network of people that have money and is in the business. For example cities like LA, NYC, and Atlanta they have a network of people that can get you a good start. I do like the song.I’ve been a fan of Drea’ for many years ,and what you will notice is that every one of her songs has meaning/depth. I would have to agree that her sound is different .If you listened to the radio for more than an hour you would realize that different is what’s needed.
