jill been gone for over a year. you’d think people would be over it by now. i actually thought last season was one of the best. this season has been a bit boring but i still love the show. the writing is some of the best for a “Black” show. there’s depth there that has been lacking in other shows

Why are people acting somewhat shocked that Queen Latifah is joining Jenny Craig…i’m certainly not shocked…everytime i hear a fat woman claim she’s happy i know that’s a damn lie cause who would want all of that extra stuff hanging off them? Who want big thighs that rub together and make your inner thighs look like burn marks and a loaded wagon in the back full of cellulite and stretch marks? Who wants large arms, a big gutt, and shoulders like a linebacker? Who want cankles and a big neck and “wide load” hips? No one.

All them chicks that claim they are happy for their curves just say that cause they get tired of dieting and they throw in the towel for the moment….but you will see their weight fluctuating like crazy cause they wear girdles, spanx, and are constantly dieting, and when they get tired, they are back to “accepting” themselves. And some people are meant to have a little more girth than others, but it shouldn’t be all lose, it can be nice and toned. And it don’t hurt that black men love curves, this help some big girls feel better about themselves, but i secretly i don’t believe all big girls really like the look for themselves, just keep it cause they man like it; i can understand that though, but it’s not something i would do. Some even gain weight for their man, or don’t work out cause they man feeling the extra cushion…wtf! Then later in life end up with diabetes, heart problems, knee and back problems….and where’s that man? probably off with some skinny bitch…lol

But i’m not shocked about the Jenny Craig thing, just like i wasn’t shocked about star jones, who was constantly saying she loved herself big, and monique who is the biggest “big girl liar” of them all, whose weight is constantly up and down, but yet she “loves herself and she don’t need to change one thing”, yeah right, and just like i wasn’t shocked at tyra banks losing weight after she told people to kiss her fat ass; bitch knew she didn’t like the way she looked, if she did, she would have said that and remained the same weight instead of starving herself back down to a supposedly “acceptable” weight constantly like she does, then go back and eat a whole plate of ribs.

I’m happy for Queen Latifah, hope she gets to her goal weight. I think this is a good look for black women. We need to pay more attention to health, along with hispanics, and indian women.

Monique did make a statement that she loves herself big, but she understands that there are health concerns with big women. I believe her. She grew up with her parents constantly telling her how beautiful she was. They told her every chance they got that she is a princess. She knows that she is a beautiful person even if she is big, but she admits that she has a personal trainer because she is aware that big can be dangerous.

Nothings wrong with Tyra’s weight now or then. She’s beautiful. I truly believe that Monique is happy with herself. Tyra is working on it. But she is definatley one of the most better looking celebrities. I love her style. Those pictures that were in the National Enquirer were fake. She went on TV a couple of days after that issue hit the stand with the same suit on and didn’t look like they had her looking in the magazine.

They are now focusing on all the characters including Lynn. They’ve really grown her up in some much needed areas. But Joan still has some growing to do. Mya just about lost her mind. Moncia and William are actually really funny together. And William is always the one that gets the most laughs of the entire show, always has been.

You just educated me because i never heard Monique admit that her weight was unhealthy; i’ve always heard i say “im just as healthy and can do anything a skinny bitch can.” But hey, i didn’t buy her book, so i could definitely be right. Sounds like her parents really gave her a good foundation as far as her image of herself.

P.S. I didn’t say Tyra looked bad…however, i only brought her up because she’s a prime example of a woman who CLAIMED to be very happy with her size, and yet she diets all the time….she claimed it didn’t bother her that some people called her fat, and went on tv and said “kiss my fat ass i’m not fat,” and then promptly went on a diet….also, i dont believe her photos were retouched, i believe that was her actual weight…you said she went on tv later with the same swimsuit on and she didn’t look that big…um keep in mind that came weeks later after people were taunting her about that photo that she went on live tv with the actual swimsuit on, were in that time, models know how to lose weight fast (it’s nothing to lose 20 lbs in a few weeks if you know what to do - models have unlimited resources in this field, and they starve themselves, get colonics that can rid you of a bunch of weight, go on liquid diets, trust, she made some adjustments before putting that swimsuit back on….She should feel good about herself, i think that’s a good thing, but having contradictory behaviors, saying one thing and doing another is just a plain lie…my mother always says, watch what people do, instead of what they say, cause what they say is what they want to be, but what they do is who they actually are…
