I want to know what Mario has to say to defend his use of expletives and risque lyrics/doing collabos with rappers who use vulgar language (I’m referring specifically to the song ‘Kryptonite’ featuring Rich Boy) in his music or explain why it is necessary as apart of the way he expresses himself artistically. If he is going to (continue to) make music like this he should keep in mind that some of his fans do not support this kind of language and he should cut a clean version of the record like replacing Rich Boy with Eve on Kryptonite (thank God she doesn’t say one curse word or vulgar lyric - I listen to rap most of the time with bated breath (an edited album with bleeps where the expletives are supposed to go isn’t good enough). Please express to him that all it takes is one word/phrase to diminish an otherwise solid song and that he’s better than that. He doesn’t have to be a role model for every young person out there but if he’s going to head up a charitable foundation to serve youth he should consider the kind of responsiblity that entails and just being more responsible in general considering the platform that he has.

I am a Male .. I’m commenting on Mario’s new album, because I am a singer myself (And I record, I produce and I write). Some one stated that vulgarity and curse words don’t bother them. They’ll lying, the only reason you would say that is because it isn’t targeted to you. But if it was .. then it would be a different story. Now .. I have Mario’s first two albums and he never said ONE CURSE WORD.. not one. I commend him for that because that what we need now adays. Is’nt it enough we have other dumb ass RnB singers just singing about SEX all the time. I’m sorry but that’s just boring. I’m not saying I don’t curse on a daily basis. but hell .. I don’t need to hear it when I’m trying to relax and listen to some good music. Mario has a song on his New record titled “Go”. He uses the “Fuck” word throghout the entire song. Why the hell did he need to do that. And if he wasn’t the one who wrote the song .. why did they feel like he had to use that word thoughout the entire song? I don’t understand this world today man. Now alot of you public people might not agree because YOU DON’t KNOW REAL MUSIC!!!!! I’m sorry but it’s the truth. You think anything with a HOT BEAT is the shit! Well it aint. You have to take value in the lyrics and really listen. Music is suppose to make you feel good, and most of the time be inspirational. You guys mentioned that one track titled “Hypnotic” I havent heard it yet .. but I don’t want to now.

(And don’t let him gloss over the answer either, I know A LOT of artists don’t want to offend any potential fans so they give VERY generic answers, to this type of question. Regardless of his answer, I’ll still be a fan of his music.)

9. Did Tyra Banks annoy him when she interviewed him? She seemed to have her own answers in mind to her questions. Like when she assumed Mario’s mom had “lots of boyfriends coming and going” or when she insisted he liked “nurturing” women b/c of the relationship (or lack thereof) he and his mother had?
(Tthis question is probably more about Tyra…whatever show I see her on she always seems too opinionated and dramatic, so I want to know if artists see her that way too.)

10. These questions are probably a bit intrusive but, a number of the songs on Go imply open relationships and/or flings, So does Mario often find it hard to be monogamous? Does he prefer open or undefined relationships? Has he ever been in love? Has he ever broken someone’s heart or had his heart broken? One night stands or relationships? (Makin Luv or F***ing? lol

I find Go refreshing in a sense because I feel it’s very honest in terms of his true feeling towards relationships, which is not a bad thing! Yet, at the same time, artist are people who have various sides and grow, so I want to know if the content on this album is the most realistic view of Mario?

Other than that, let him know he has a bunch of crazy fans in Philly, with much luv and respect for him.
