I personally don’t like the outfit only because she does not make hardcore music to fit the hardcore image. The only song that Rihanna made to fit that image is “Umbrella” but the rest of her songs don’t fit any of the other songs on her album. Her age has nothing to do with it because she is a performer and when being on tour u have costumes but I feel that the costumes she picked should have matched the songs she sang.

Like someone else said, she gets bad reviews and this is her last resort the CD is still doing bad even with x-mas sales and I hear Ciara is getting better reviews. Again, I will reiterate: Rihanna’s costumes/outfits this year have all been very literal (cliche, even) interpretations of “rock” and “bad girl”….Everything from the pyramid studs, to the platform boots, the the brass knuckles, to the jet black hair, to the ripped tees….everything has been straight out of the “punk” playbook.
