According to various sources, prosecutors are seeking to have R. Kelly arrested after he failed to show for a hearing today in his criminal court case after his tour bus was delayed. Word is, if he fails to show on Thursday morning at 9:00 AM, he’ll be a wanted man.

I honestly do not believe R. Kelly is going to jail because they have drawn this case out for so long; and if he wasn’t famous he’d probably have done his time by now. The laws against people like this are pathetic, and that’s why they continue to do it. I do not, in no way, condone relationships between kids and grown-ups; but I will say R. Kelly is not the only celebrity/singer out there doing this and some people we just seem to overlook. Kimora Lee Simmons was 16when she hooked up with Russell who was FULL grown. Then we have Celine Dion who was like a baby, I mean he didn’t marry her until later but he was still with her. Wood Allen, I mean the list just goes on.

I ask, because if this is just about pissing…he will be exonerated of the molestation charge! They may get him on some lessor charge like child working without a permit or child labor violations, but pissing on someone is not much different than spitting on someone when you get rught down to it! Rumor is that one of the girls on the tape was 13 to 14 years old at the time- the child he pissed on. It’s also rumored her people are from Illinois and that people have been paid off already. I dont know, but I do know that whatever you do, right or wrong, comes back to you. If he’s guilty, he will pay dearly, if not in the courtoom, somewhere in his life. I just know I dont want that FREAK nowhere around my children. That BEAST!

I think a lot of you are missing the point. The DA can’t do anything if the girl and her family aren’t willing to talk. They obviously don’t care. So it has nothing to do with “oh he has money” or “why does he think hes above the law”. Until the girl comes forward, which is unlikely, the DA doesn’t have a case to work with.
