In the earlier video he not only mentioned his new found religion on multiple ocassions, but he also mentioned having a child (or one on the way). That to me, was cause enough to exorcise any outsanding demons you may have. Having a child is also a reason to sweep the drama under a carpet, for the time being. I think the litigation threats are more belivable than any pay off. If you are trying to release your past hurt and pains, and may be forced to bring them back up, and testify to each occurence in order to have the offendor put away, you are more tempted to back down than charge forward (believe me I know). You want it to go away.
