Brandy will not be charged with a crime for a fatal car crash last year, authorities said Friday.
Brandy’s attorney Blair Berk also issued a statement on Friday:
“We are extremely pleased that after a more thorough and extensive investigation by authorities … Brandy Norwood should not be charged with any crime whatsoever relating to the accident back in 2006.
These past 12 months have posed an extraordinary hardship for Brandy and her family, who have been unfairly forced to live under a cloud of suspicion initially caused by the ill-advised and premature press release sent out by the California Highway Patrol accusing Brandy of wrongdoing before the police investigation was even finished.

DIDDY TO GET A STAR
Diddy will be honored next month with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Diddy was quoted on Jamie Foxx’s (who also has a star now) radio show saying:
“I’m from Harlem New York, so to get a star in Hollywood is just mind-blowing. You can get a lot of things but when you see those stars on the ground…that’s something I can’t even say I dreamed of and to be getting recognized for it is definitely something I’m gonna have my whole family out there for.” [source]

Snoop Dogg’s secret (up until now) son, nine-year-old Julian Corrie Broadus, from Snoop’s former high school friend, 34-year-old Laurie Holmond, has stepped forward to speak his mind on his place on Snoop’s new scripted reality show, Father Hood, as well as in his life.
Julian and his mom dished details of Snoop’s lack of participation in Julian’s life to Star magazine who has also managed to obtain paternity documents which proves Snoop is indeed Julian’s son…an account that Snoop has never denied publicly.
“I should be with him on the show, but I’m not,” Julian tells Star magazine. “I don’t want to be an actor; I want to be a basketball player. But I want to be on the show to get to know my family. Brandy Denies Bible Study Brawl
R&B star Brandy has slammed claims she was involved in a fight that broke out during a Bible study meeting in Los Angeles recently.
Reporter Jawn Murray claims the singer left a Scientology meeting and came directly to a Bible study class at First A.M.E. Church.
According to Murray, Brandy was challenging some of the principles of Christianity when the discussion became heated and chairs were thrown, which led to Brandy and her entourage being escorted out of the church.
The singer’s representative, Courtney Barnes, slams the story telling EURweb.com, “The whole middle portion of the story is [bleep].”
He claims the ruckus Murray referred to involved a mentally ill person at the church who started trouble with “a person who had come in with Brandy.”
Brandy’s friend asked church elders to escort the mentally ill person from the back of the church after disrupting closing prayers.
Barnes says the singer was at the church because she is interested in learning about religion and denies that she studies Scientology, adding, “She’s taken some classes, but she has no formal relationship with Scientology. She was at First A.M.E. for a Bible study and she was invited by a member of the church.”

I have read just about everyone’s posts about Snoop and I feel yall might be going a little hard on him. First of all, no one really knows the circumstances around him not being around the mother/child. If she’s like half the baby’s mommas out here, she probably didn’t even want him to see the boy unless he was coming out his pockets. Broke bitches do that too. No one is perfect and Snoop surely isn’t. Any day that a nigga makes an effort to be a part of his family’s life is another day in the right direction. Back then when he made that boy, we don’t know what was going on with him and his wife. And he clearly takes care of that little girl who doesn’t at all look like his kid without problems. So I think we need to ease off Snoop because for all we know, that baby momma could be crazy as hell and not easy to deal with. If he takes care of the ones he lives with, I don’t see him denying the other one.
As far as Diddy goes, he needs to sit down some damn where and try to take care of all the rugrats he keeps spawning. I’m surprised we haven’t seen that on tv yet as many shows as he likes to be on

as far as snoop goes, it says snoop never denied the son and from what i see the family looks well groomed so how do we know that snoop doesnt support them financially and spends time with his boi? for all we know snoop could be spending time with him but the boy just isn’t feautered on the show. we’ve got to stop being hard on all these black stars back until we know the full story and not one persons claim.

I just read about her religious beliefs in the topic and I’m glad you made mention of it…And, I believe she did cause a scene at the church, because she’s essentially an atheist, unless she’s changed her mind in recent years.
She said, herself, that she turned away from her religion because she’d beseech God for help but her “prayers were never answered.” (And, it was eventually reported that she’d been exploring Scientology.)
I just find that such a self-entitled way to look at life and religion…she should expect that life isn’t going to be some idealistic portrait…not even for pseudo-celebs like herself. SHE chose to be in Hollywood, SHE chose a career that culminated in low self-esteem and eating disorders, SHE chose to get pregnant by a man with baggage…I just don’t get how she can jilt God because the laws of nature weren’t suspended for her and every one of her actions had a reaction?

Brandy was not on her phone at the time of the accident. Her cell phone records were pulled and verified. I almost ran into the back of some dummy who was going 5 mph in the fast lane at nighttime!!! I was doing 60. I came up on her so quick and slammed on brakes at the last minute. I was so pissed when I pulled up beside her and saw she was on her cellphone. She looked lost and scared but damn, how about pull the hell over? Now if I would have killed her I guess I would have been wrong too????

I’m glad Brandy is not facing charges. Just to clear things up for people who may not know, she was not on a cell phone nor was she under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She still has to face those 3 $50 million dollar lawsuits though. Good luck.
