This blog is a trip. If they say Brandy is innocent then great and I am glad she won’t have to do any time.
But everyone in this blog knows that if Brandy or any celebrity for that matter was somewhat involved with the death of thier mother/sister/aunt they would be in a lawyers office so fast thier heads would spin. So please stop fronting saying that the family of the woman that was killed shouldn’t sue her. Let’s not forget that someone lost thier life.

Brandy was not on her phone at the time of the accident. Her cell phone records were pulled and verified. I almost ran into the back of some dummy who was going 5 mph in the fast lane at nighttime!!! I was doing 60. I came up on her so quick and slammed on brakes at the last minute. I was so pissed when I pulled up beside her and saw she was on her cellphone. She looked lost and scared but damn, how about pull the hell over? Now if I would have killed her I guess I would have been wrong too????

Brandy, they stated that there was not any evidence that pointed to her to say the accident was her fault. Just b/c there was no evidence doesn’t automatically mean that she wasn’t at fault. And did they say that the woman who died had marijuana in her system so she was at fault? WTF? How stupid! They should know that the sticky icky stays in your system for a long time so that should be irrevelant. Sounds like a cover up to me.

I’m glad Brandy is not facing charges. Just to clear things up for people who may not know, she was not on a cell phone nor was she under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She still has to face those 3 $50 million dollar lawsuits though. Good luck.

THE autopsy report ALSO SHOWED THAT THE DECEASED WOMAN HAD MARIJUANA IN HER SYSTEM WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING. THAT CAME FROM THE CORONER!!!!!!!!!
