I have a friend who went to premiere in Florida she says very age appropriate and I am taking my nieces and nephews.
I purchased a book at barnes and nobles about Mr. Tolson and my nephew is reading it. I think all African American young people should see it because it would be a good catalyst to help them to see the see the importance of an educationa and how hard people worked to achieve that right for us.

I’m going to check it out. It’s a great story and few people know the history of Wiley College debate team. It’s nice to see movies that focus on the triumps of African Americans every once in a while. We’re bombarded w/ so much negativity, it’s like you almost forget how many amazing black people are in our presence. Plus the reviews are all great and Forest Whitaker and Denzel are two of my favorite actors. Can’t ask for more!
