Marion & Akon - I like this track as well! It’s definately different, and I like the beat. Sounds like a song R Kelly would make.

Gwen & Pharell - They usually make FIRE together, but I’m not digging this song.

I just want to comment on the Nicole Scherzinger statement, “I just wish that Nicole would display her vocal ability more on her solo tracks, because she definitely flexes her vocal muscles on the ballad-esque songs on the PCD album.” I truly believe that everyone forgot that it was not Nicole that had the strong vocals and the riffs. I was and still is Melanie. Melanie is the true vocalist in the PCD’s.

Nicole Scherzinger…well I’m going to be honest. Whoever works at Interscope that is an A&R director needs to be fired trying to mold Nicole’s image, I like Nicole she has a stunning personality, beauty, and style. However she cannot find her own identity like some people have stated. It’s like she is trying too hard to fit in with female pop artist. For Fergie it worked somehow those Polow da don and Will.i.am tracks were working for her but not for Nicole. I think she should stripped this whole album and rethink her image. That song “Whatever U like” had a nice groove to it but it didn’t work. Sorry Nicole better luck next time but I got love for ya;-)

Mario’s songs have been leaked since last year. That neptuned produced track “Go” was hot and it was a club banger. This song with Akon is hot as well. I don’t like Akon too much like Brian, however his annoying tracks and voice is hypnotizing for some reason *shrugs* I’ll say that Mario’s new image is very grown and sexy however whatever beef he got with Ne-yo needs to stop. Ne-yo wrote a song for him that put him on the map. “you should let me love you” was not only played on hip-hop/R&B/Pop stations but also contemporary stations. Mario reached a wider audience. Damn Ne-Yo got that touched he saved Beyonce record sales with “Irreplaceable” please bey stans don’t get mad recognized the truth;-)But I always like Mario keep doing ya thang!

This Gwen Stefani song “Candyland’ is very old. I heard it last year when it leaked out before Sweet Escape” released. I personally liked the song. It has that japanese samurai vibe to it. It’s very experimental comapared to the pop tracks that the neptunes produced for her. This song however doesn’t sound complete and maybe if they re-wrote the song and vocal arrangements and add the a very nice bridge(which it one of the reasons I love the neptunes) this song would do fine. This definetly isn’t a single worthy track however if the track was re-done, it could be a cool track to vibe to on Gwen’s next album. I still love Gwen and the neptunes collaboration but damn she should’ve released “Yummy”..lol
