I don’t understand what the big deal is about the young lady getting pregnant. A culture has been created in this society where a child is supposed to be an annoyance or a hindrance as opposed to a blessing (Psa 127:3). I’m not advocating children to have children, but she is pregnant and she has decided to keep the child, so what is the point of the negativity? The only excuse that can be used is that she’s not mature enough to cope with the responsibilities that come with raising a child but that’s where her family is supposed to assist her. In addition to that, money is not an issue for her. Honestly, a closeted lesbian and an Illuminati shill like Alicia Keys should be the last person to give advice about child-birth or child-bearing. “Women” like her and Beyonce won’t be pregnant until they get into their late thirties and then they’ll have “twins” like all the caucasian, Hollywood, in-vitro test dummies that they aspire to be like.

Miss Keys looks very nice in Red. Those were very wise words that she gave Jamie Lynn. I had my son when I was 15 and I was so ashamed of being pregnant that I didn’t tell anyone. My mom finally took me to the doctors when I started to “show” at 7 months. So I applaud Jamie Lynn for being brave enough to tell her mother early on.

I’m 27 now, and my son is about to be 12 and I don’t know what I’d do without him!! Everything happens for a reason. I managed to finish High School and College and now I mentor teenage girls. So Jamie Lynn can definitely make a positive out of this.

About The Real World…I remember when the last College Hill was on (the one where they had the big fight)…MTV played all of those rerun episodes….Maybe it was some type of test…Maybe they wanted to see the amt of ratings they would get by having an all black or mostly black cast…That and the Las Vegas cast was probably one of the best seasons (half black cast)…They even brought them back for a reunion mini season…I don’t think the new all black cast is a coincidence…

#38, I agree. And actually Vegas was one of the most popular seasons. For better or for worse, black people make for good entertainment. So I dont think ratings will suffer at all. I think white’s will tune in, and for those who don’t, the extra black people that will tune in will make up for the difference. I personally like real world anyway, regardless of whose on there, and I actually like the Australia show. I think the muslim girl and her opposers keep things interesting though. For those who are concerned with images of black people on TV, just tune in to one epsisode of the RW and you’ll see that “others” cut up just the same.

Judah not everybody in the world sees having kids at a young age as good, whether you are financially stable or not. It so happens Jamie is at an age where she doesn’t even know who she is yet. No matter how old you are having kids is a BIG decision, it changes everything about you drastically. Its no longer about you its about the kid.

This is the first 1/2 black cast for the Real World perhaps they think more people will tune in-the ratings will increase…I used to be a fan, the cast was so typical. It should be interesting…I am thinking another College Hill, although I hope not!

I think the Spears family is simply going through what any average (non-Hollywood0 family would be going through. People make bad decisions all the time their dirty laundry (Brit’s and her sister’s) is just in the open.
