WTF!!! You’ll think Ri Ri rocked it better??? I must be blind, but she got too much going on with that outfit. She has leopord, gold chain, white shirt, red tight and those boots…..wayyyyy too much. She looks cute in the face, but the outfit is NOT the move.

I absolutely LOVE those boots. In the voice and words of Tyra - they are FIERCE. I can appreciate the disdain for them, but they are truly a Hollywood fashion statement. I don’t wanna see a chic at the mall wearing them, but for the celebrity in you - they definitely make a statement. I would surely rock a pair of those with the throwback Salt - n - Pepa look (I wanna shoop baby!) to an old school soiree. Symmetrical haircut, spandex one piece and all. Fire! With that said, I would have to go with Ciara, but I’m not totally against the look on Rih Rih. Hmmm… hard one.

They look better on Ciara with the booty shorts but I’m not too crazy about jacket and top with it . Rihanna has too much going on in that out fit to add the boots. She would have been better off with some patten leather peep toe pumps IMO.

Ciara. Rhianna’s outfit is too busy for the boots. Actually, they both have a little too much goint on up top to pull of a LOOK with these boots. The boots themselves are so dynamic, they shoud be the outfits’ focal point. When you rock an item like this, it’s usually best to go with a more understated top(one color/pattern) so you look couture and not circus.

I like ciara lok better. Actually nothing wrong with either of them. In celebrity world everybody wears something that’s nice similar or shoo even the same. But I feel it’s all how you wear it and rihanna is doing a magazine shoot and ciara is on stage in concert So you have to take that in account to. Which is probably why the heels aren’t there.LOL Cuz she did goddies in the outfit and did the splits. I seen the video. Anyway. I just like ciara’s look but that’s just my opinion.
