I like Janell, want her to switch up the show outfit once in awhile though. Cheri, look a mess. Shoot the stylist. She has a lot more to offer than the Key Key, Neffi, and ‘nem look. Angel is a gorgeous girl but the makeup is a little Lil’ Kim-ish (read: waaaay too much). Who is Valeisha (or whatever) Butterfield? And lastly 9with good reason) so, they are really gonna stick with the name MTB4, like some Diddy streetwalkers in Sean John. Seriously? No really?

Never listened to Janelle’s material, she just doesnt interest me….
I’m glad to see Janelle Monae doin her thing. I haven’t heard anything from since “Letting Go.” It’s good to know that she is starting to get the exposure she deserves.

I am very happy for Janelle Monae now that she has major label distribution with BadBoy. She’s a breath of fresh air for the music industry. Some of her music might be hard for a lot of people to swallow, but they will come around just like they did with 3stacks! If any of you skeptics care to listen you will find that she has classic voice, better than most of those in the industry. Its beautiful. Try “Its not Fair” or “Peachtree Blues”. Her being about to put out those tracks as well as “Many Moons” shows her versatility. She’s doing big things and im excited!
She’s also got a signiture look–another thing that makes her memorable. She does switch it up with little touches here and there, she’s got style!
Here’s to Diddy investing in TALENT (The Band, and JM!)…..he’s trying to get that good-music paper, instead of bullshit like Cassie.
