Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds were married on New Year’s Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia in front of 25 friends and family, according to People.com
Among the guests were best man Johnny Gill, maid of honor Nicole Avant, matron of honor Julie Lev, as well as Edmonds’s parents Jacqueline and George McQuarn, her brother Michael, Murphy’s mother Lillian Lynch and his brother Vernon.

I understand people cannot help who they fall in love with, but come on, you both just got divorced! Take a breather, re-evaluate your life, be single for a little bit before re-committing yourself to another person so soon, jeez. It’s amazing how people talk about 2 people they never even met. If they’re happy then let them be happy. We don’t know what goes on in their lives. It might seemed rushed but both of these people were married 10+ years – so hey they must be doing something right. It’s not like they have been married 4 times each. I just don’t see what the uproar is about. All while they were married we never heard any rumors about either of them being unfaithful or being bad mates to their spouses. Nicole has not said one bad thing about Eddie and Babyface has not said anything bad about Tracey – I think people on the outside like to create more drama than is actually present.
Well its crazy how Eddie’s own brother Charlie wasn’t there but his partner Johnny sure was…I guess Charlie doesn’t know how to behave at formal gatherings. I hope things work out for the pair. When did divorce and re-marriage become such a popular trend?

I Agree with you on the subject of people talking about people they don’t even know, but these people are in the eye of the public so when you are a “public figure” people will talk about you its inevitable. Now on overlooking the “tranny” incident I don’t understand how a person in their right mind can marry an individual who has been caught in the act; in a same-sex sexual predicament more than once. In my opinion that’s setting yourself up for possible disease or adultery, if that person hasn’t abandoned their previous behaviors. I’m just saying…

Maybe Ed was already trying to get at Tracey, but they were you know, like on the “friends” tip for a minute. Not really wanting to go out publicly, talking on the phone, sending email. Not nothing “serious” for a while.
Meanwhile, Ed being a bachelor, still needing to roam ran across Mel B. Talk and saw that she was cool, but “not Baby Momma or Wifey” material, but more like a jump off. SO they kick it a few times, do the dam thang, all while he’s really trying to clear his plate to date Tracey one on one. He tells Mel, “Hey, we just f*ck buddies, this aint no love story.” beacuse of course she blabbed to her “girl Power” crew that her and Ed are doing the Do. Plua she wants her ex to get upset. This is an adulterous marriage in God’s eyes. Though people may divorce, the only true time you can REMARRY is if you were cheated on (the innocent person), or if your spouse dies. Any other reasons that are not listed in the bible, are not justifiable in Gods eyes. (Matt 5:27-32) (1Corin 7:39) Why do people do things and believe things that justify their way of living as oppose to the words of God and Jesus. Though some may knock what Im say, dont forget I didnt write them, just being a messenger and pointing out the obvious. Not everyone is a child of God! Many don’t hear His voice or follow His ways! He will say to them…”I never knew you. Depart from Me, you that work iniquity.” They are lawless! They will be delivered to their father…the prince of darkness!
We will never know the full story, but it could be that Babyface was dead to Tracy! He said that they lived apart for years before the divorce! He abandonded the master bedroom! Eddie probably did the same to Nicole! It is usually the guys who causes everyone to stumble! But, the women will still have to answer for themselves, so Nicole must make her decision now that Eddie has made it official that he’s not coming back! She’s too young to stop making love! Still in the flower of her youth!
Remember, we serve a merciful God and he knows if Nicole and Tracy were faithful! Guys like Eddie and Babyface always lose their minds from the success! It’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for these stars to reach the heavens.
