America Ferrera’s dress is smoking hot!!!!!!! She looks beautiful!
Congrats to Ruby Dee, she is a true class act.
But, I must say this, I feel that the Emmy’s, Golden Globes and Sag’s are really sleeping on Tichinia Arnold. She is a brilliant comedic actress, she was hilarious on Martin as well as Everybody Hates Chis. She is just as funny if not more than Tina Fey, Mary Louise Parker and especially Christinia Applegate whose show really isnt funny at all. There were so many performances from people of color that was overlooked this year as well as years before, and it pisses me off. Martin was another show that was over-looked so many time s at the Emmy’s Sags, Golden Globes. Does The Wire ever get nominated for anything? The Soprano’s isnt the only show on HBO you know–sheesh!
Anyways–congrats again to Miss Ruby Dee. Well deserved.

You said what I was thinking. Hollyweird period sleeps on our talented African-American actors and actresses. It’s a shame they go unnoticed more times than not. I mean look at the number of shows that feature all black casts on network tv. Right, there aren’t any of them! People of color will always take a back seat to network tv and hollywood. It’s sad but true. You’ll never see African Americans sweep the Oscars, Sag awards, etc and typically they are in supporting roles and not the main character. I beg to differ though.

What’s Ho-ngelina Ho-lie doing on this site? Yes, she is pregnant again. Maybe they’ll be seen out with this one more often.

Who told Chandra Wilson that it was OK to wear that dress? Her Spanx must be working overtime and it looks like something is cutting off her air supply.

Vanessa and Keyshia look absolutley stunning! I’ve never looked at Luda “like that”, but DAMN! He looks very handsome. I wouldn’t have recognized America. She looks totally different than Ugly Betty. Everytime I see Taraji I see a hood rat for some reason (I guess it has something to do with her movie roles), but she looks very classy and elegant. Everyone looks nice:)

I just want to say that everyone looks stunning! But, why was Queen Latifah given props for her win that night as well? Although she wasn’t in attendance, all shows, when mentioning the African American winners, they forgot about Queen? BTW, Ms. Ruby Dee was deserving of this Award from her peers
