It’s ya girl Lauren London! What has she been up to? Not only is she still the spokesmodel (along with Cassie) for Sean John for womens line. She currently has a new movie entitled “Next Day Air” coming out later this year.

Lauren, if you are reading this you are very cute but the dark skin girl in the “Frontin” video was way hotter in the face has a better body. It’s not ur fault; Black America gave you the exposure cause of your complexion.

-I AGREE. LL is kinda cute but the girl in the video Latisha?, anyway, she is Beautiful, very pretty. I don’t hear no one talkin’ about her. Hate to bring it up but colorism is still alive, and the fact that she is light skinned doesn’t hurt. And I’ll bring the drama, Beyonce is average w/o makeup, when she wears pounds, then she looks average still but less average. Natural Beauty is Joy Bryant, Cassie,etc Even though Kim K and Naomi Campbell look gorg w/ makeup, w/o it, they look ordinary, which is weird because they have stabdout features; really full lips, high cheekbones, slanted-like eyes. Whatever and no hate. Beauty is diferent to everyone, just because someone doesn’t agree doesn’t mean they are average or ugly. Trust that.
I think Lauren London is so beautiful, although her acting is questionable…(see ATL)…she appears to be a down to earth person, which makes her that much more likeable….her transition from video girl to actress has to be respected…although she is in the habit of playing the “pretty girl” all the time, its not her fault….

What’s up with the comparison of her and other people. Does it matter? We can only speculate as to why “the girl in the video Latisha”‘s career didn’t go anywhere or what she’s doing now or even if she chose to not be in videos anymore. So what was the point in even bringing it up? Just because someone looks better than LL doesn’t take any thing away from LL. I guess it just make the person doing the criticizing feel better.
Anyway – I like her because she is an around the way girl. She seems pretty genuine. She can’t help that she’s cute. When you get on the big screen it just accentuates everything. I’ve had the pleasure of being on the big screen (briefly) and have done a television commercial as well, and I’m attractive too, so I can relate to some of the good and the bad of people’s opinions.
Having said all that – L, scroll right past the negative comments and milk the positive ones for all they are worth. You owe an apology to no one for doing your thing. You can’t help that you’re fabulous. ;->
I always thought Lauren was a very pretty girl. Despite her not wearing any make-up in these pics she still looks nice. I do think she needs a new stylist though. As for her acting, she’s not bad in my opinion. I would like to see her play a more dramatic role but she’s just getting more into the biz. I’m sure in time she will prove herself.
