Guess who was spotted shopping with his girlfriend at Fred Segal in Park City, Utah on Monday? Hint: This isn’t the first time these two were spotted out and about.
It’s John Legend and his girlfriend model Christy Teigen. The couple shopped on Main Street and walked fast to avoid the paparazzi.
John recently defended his choice of women:
John Legend just can’t win. Even though he’s earned critical acclaim and a gaggle of Grammys — five, to be exact — the singer says he’s more often being judged on his penchant for models.
It’s not helping that his latest girlfriend is Christine Teigen, a Thai-Norwegian catwalker from Seattle whom he met when casting the video for his song “Stereo.”
“People are automatically condescending,” Legend tells us. “They expect her to be dumb and say, ‘Oh you’re just dating a dumb girl because she’s hot.’ But people judge you either way. If you’re dating a girl who’s kind of regular, you hear, ‘Why are you dating her?’ I don’t get caught up in it. I’m more concerned with my happiness.” [ SOURCE ]
