The reason none of Christina Milian’s albums have performed well is because she cannot sing! She might have a chance to sell some units if she gets naked in her video or album photos or something. Otherwise I’d pass. The cover art of Mariah’s album gives me a slight throwback vibe (like “Butterfly” kinda vibe). Im liking it. Diddiy was smart to throw Danity Kane back into Making the Band. Even though their debut went platinum, it rode the success of Making the Band. Of the two singles neither sounds single worthy but I would go with Pretty Boy”. It has a nice dance vibe.

If your music reflects that of a mature woman, then your album title should too, b/c before we as buyers even hear the rest of the album, the name gives us a idea of what’s in store. That title makes me think your album is gonna be bubble gum pop music.

Just like the next person, I think mariah is extremely talented and all but i have a feeling this album will be very trashy. I think Christina Milian is absolutely beautiful…but she cannot sing, nor act. She usually has one really good single, and then the ENTIRE rest of the CD is not listenable. Ya’ll really need to stop sleepin on miss Milian. The problem has always been her label. Take a look at island/def jam and the promotion with a lot of their artists, or should I say lack there of. I’m a fan of Christinas and I also have seen the label sleep on far too many artists, which means they’re not doing their job. Quite a few good artists have been dropped but also quite a few have left if you do your research because that label isn’t good. The girl has talent, the timing has just never been right for all of her albums. Her first album didn’t do well in the states because it was supposed to be released when 9/11 happened, but look at her record sales overseas where she toured. The girl did the damn thing and has a big fanbase outside of America because she is talented. She studied at Juliard as an operatic singer so you’re wrong when you say she can’t sing. I think this label change will be good for her and she’ll prove people wrong. Have some faith. telling someone to give it up isn’t right, and I hope nobody ever wishes that kind of mess on you. The hole you dig for someone else with negative comments is the some one you end up falling into eventually.

Rihanna is not the only person that has built their career off a leftovers. alot of artist that are legends have done it made the song sucessful. Some songs are just not meant for everyone. Micheal Jackson turned down all the tracks the neptunes produced for him and the neptunes gave it to Justin Timberlake on his “Justified” album. Even beloved Bey has taken leftovers and made it her own you will be surprised lol so with that said it’s nothing wrong with that time is money you can’t let a good song go to waste. That picture is not going to be the cover. That title is not final. That is not the entire track listing, just what was played and a few that had been confirmed previously.

On Christmas Eve Mariah said she had not named the album yet and that she really needed to think about it. No way she came up with that title and it been made official b/c she was on vacation until Monday. They just tentatively titled that so that the press can refer to it as something besides MC’s upcoming album and the public talks about it more.
