Amen to #21. DatDude! I’m tired of all this big nonsense. Women poppin pills, getting hormone shots and surgery…..Theres a BIG difference between being “thick” and being “plus size”. Folks thinkin they’re one in the same. For example – Melissa Ford is thick, Monique is plus size…..nothing wrong with either just stop with the every woman (especially every black woman) needs to be “big”…..

@TXAGGIE, the problem with your request is that when we do other movies of substance we DON’T SUPPORT THEM!!! for instance, how many people on here have seen the Great Debaters? What about Pride, or Get on The Bus, Antwan Fisher, or Lackawanna Blues, or even Their Eyes Where Watching God? Or what about the NEW film Dirty Laundry with Loretta Devine that was written, produced & directed by a Maurice Jamal, a Black Man? Its unfortunate but we simply do NOT support the films that would have the greatest positive impact on the black community, so guess what HOLLYWOOD DOES NOT MAKE THEM!
