There’s nothing you can do no to change the older population in America, some may change but the people set in their ways won’t. I feel that the best way to change this country and the world is not to change the older population but teach the youth that racism and all other forms of hate are wrong, and not just against black people but against all races.

Who the hell put AL SHARPTON in charge? I don’t remember voting for him. He should just shut the hell up!

Someone needs to please tell Al Sharpton to sit down and be quiet. He just thrives off these comments and uses them for his own time in the spotlight. Also why is everyone mad because tiger woods claims his asian heritage too. I have never heard him say I’m not black I’m asian. I’ve heard him say my father is african american and my mother is asian. Correct me if I’m wrong if what he is saying is untrue.

First and foremost, Al Sharpton needs to sit his old flashy, black ass down. He is so ignorant, racist, and sheltered. He acts like Blacks are the only ones that exist in this world. It’s not all about Black equal rights–It’s about positive ethical choices. As he is on the television, I am ashamed to see that man represent African-Americans in media with that processed ass hair (shows you how much he denies his image).

He has done nothing but play the race card in cases where African-Americans have gotten tangled up in the law; and believe me, it’s getting old.

For the newscaster: she needs to understand that when one is communicating to the public via television, one should be aware of expressions that might offend certain groups. I do, however, feel that she should take responsibility of her actions. I gagged when I heard that, and I was offended.

In general, these newscasters and television personalities need to take a course in ethics and diversity. Whites are not the only group that play golf.

Well, he is black whether he likes it or not. I think he’s funny(nuts really). Look at his logic. I am not black, Kelly is my good friend and she knows I am not black. So, therefore the lynch comment does not offend me because I am not black. He is a disgrace to us, we are proud of who we are, and we wish we didnt have to claim him and his ignorance.. And everytime I see a Michael Jackson or a Tiger, I cringe, knowing that racism has made some of us hate ourselves.

I am also mixed as he is, My father is Korean and Black, My mother is Black, White, and Indian. I am a little lighter than Tiger and you can tell i am mixed with something also. But HELLO, I am obviously black. I am not confused when i get the questionaire referring to ethnicity, only one needs to be checked. There is a deep connection that we share as black people, we have all and still do experience racism in our everyday lives. Until racism is eliminated it needs to be called out everytime it rears it’s head. Because White people love to pretend racism doesn’t exist or it is a blue moon occurence. YOU become a Tiger Woods and a Michael Jackson whenever you ignore it… Thank God for Al Sharpton.

I don’t understand why someone in her position did not know that lynching , in this country, are almost always connected to blacks. I think that in America, history of other cultures as well as black history should be mandatory in order to graduate from college. We need to learn how to have compassion for what others have suffered at the hands of americans, so that history won’t repeat itself or worse.

I hate visting that website, perezhilton, because there’s always someone making a racist comment whenever a news item is related to a black person. Why are we here suffering from all this injustice and getting het up over issues such as these that DON’T EXIST IN AFRICA?!
