I am not quite sure if I like the boots at all. I saw Gabrielle in her new role on Ugly Betty (which I am a big fan of the show) but I hate that she is playing such an hoe-ish character. But what ever gets you that paper Gabby, do your thing.

The boots look best in the first pic! That’s actually a very chic outfit (I could do without the hat and sunglasses, though)…although it’s such a ripoff of her style idol, Nicole Richie. “She’s so far ahead of everybody,” Gabby says…as if she didn’t get the memo that Racheal Zoe was Nicole’s stylist…Oh well, I guess I shouldn’t expect more from someone who thinks that acting is saying her lines in perfect English.

Why are some of you still tripping about Gabrielle’s comments? She didn’t say anything that wasn’t true. Whether you want to admit it or not, or if it’s a blog you visit or not, there are plenty of Black blogs that constantly disrespecting her. If the shoe fits, wear it. If it don’t, keep it moving.

And she’s being insincere, too…her issue is NOT that people insult her…it’s that they respond so dismissively… Like, she’s most insulted by the fact that most people write things like “Gabby, get a job”… Because while that qualifies as an insult and thus a bit of attention, it is ultimately half-ass…like she’s some absurd presence that we have to grapple with until a candid comes along that we actually care about…
So, in saying that we “dog her” and should “support her”…she only means that we should see her as a meaningful enough “celebrity” to be polarizing, to garner insults and praise and more insults and more praise and still more insults and praise… In short, her grievances amount to nothing more than the thinly veiled whimpering of an attention whore…

She is such a pretty black woman but for some reason ppl hate her. I really like her and I think her image is classy black women to follow her in the way she dresses.
