Here is a new edition of Rock’d It Better, courtesy of Chi-Chi from Obsessed Hoopla. Angela Simmons wore this BCBG fringe dress at MTV’s New Years Eve bash. Kimberly Locke wore the same dress back in September at the “Ella” Awards. Who rock’d it better?

I think they both rocked the dress. Kimberly has lost alot of weight and although I thought she was already pretty, it just brings out her features more!

It looks better on Angela because Kim’s boobies are too big and it looks like she did something to the dress…altered it to make it a big longer…look at her hem in comparison to Angela’s. Angela’s fit is hot and I would say Kim’s would be too if it were shorter but her boobs are just too big. She still shouldn’t have been afraid to go shorter…
