♫ Danity Kane – 2 of You
Danity Kane’s debut self-titled album, Danity Kane was hugely successful. Apparently, way more successful than the staff at Bad Boy expected it to be, considering that it debuted at #1, was flying off of shelves and record stores got complaints that there just weren’t enough copies to go around. It seemed as though the reality show, Making the Band 3 really allowed for audiences to connect with the girls and actually fall in love with them. Not only that, the roster of writers and producers on the album was quite impressive.
Now, Aubrey, Dawn, D. Woods, Shannon and Aundrea are back in the studio, working on a follow-up release, which I think fans are anticipating. If Diddy has all his ducks in a row, this should be a good year for Bad Boy, with releases from Danity Kane, a comeback album from Cassie, as well as new season of Making the Band 4, featuring Diddy’s new boy band and the recording of their album.

I loved their cd. It would have made an even bigger impact, I think, if Diddy would have done mor eto promote them-instead of Cassie. These females have talent, they just need optimum exposure, so they can reach more audiences and truly establish themselves. Either way, I will purchase their new album when it is released.
Loved it for about a minute and a half…..
…I love the 80′s futuristic beat to it but it falls a little flat with the kindergarten shout out at the end. It’s a comeback record for sure but Diddy will need a follow up on deck because this will be hot for about 3 weeks.

1. The beat is waaaay more interesting than the lyrics, I actually found myself tuning the singing out and listening to the beat and looking at that picture of them (very hot, too symmetrical though)
2.Should have been more singing (ended too quickly) and more harmonies (it’s 80′s, that and falsettos are all you need)
3. Let me do the video I can kill it. I already know what I want to do and it will actually make the song more enjoyable).

Cassie barely has any talent or shall I say none at all but she has the ‘it’ factor & i actually love her debut cd.
I Immediately think PUSSYCAT DOLLS. I dunno it’s kinda weak to me…but that’s because its lack of bass makes it more on the pop charts and not RnB. I would listen to it in my Zune while waiting…on something.

Danity Kane – IMO, about 8 out of 10 sophomore albums are no where near the quality of the first album. So DK, Diddy, writers, producers, etc. will need to put a little bit more effort into this record to make sure the ball continues to roll, instead of fall off to oblivion.
Cassie – She’s a joke. Just model and don’t ever sing again.

I love DK last cd I hope they can repeat their previous success. I remember when they were trying to clown my girl Dawn but she ended up singing lead on the majority of the songs. Anyways I like this song. I am waiting on the guys to bring it!
