♫ Danity Kane – 2 of You
Danity Kane’s debut self-titled album, Danity Kane was hugely successful. Apparently, way more successful than the staff at Bad Boy expected it to be, considering that it debuted at #1, was flying off of shelves and record stores got complaints that there just weren’t enough copies to go around. It seemed as though the reality show, Making the Band 3 really allowed for audiences to connect with the girls and actually fall in love with them. Not only that, the roster of writers and producers on the album was quite impressive.
Now, Aubrey, Dawn, D. Woods, Shannon and Aundrea are back in the studio, working on a follow-up release, which I think fans are anticipating. If Diddy has all his ducks in a row, this should be a good year for Bad Boy, with releases from Danity Kane, a comeback album from Cassie, as well as new season of Making the Band 4, featuring Diddy’s new boy band and the recording of their album.

I am ready for some DK I bought their first CD I really liked it. This track sounds good it’ll grown on me a little more once I hear it a few more times.
@48- They album did not flop. It was certified platinum and sold around 950k off of the strength of one single, “Show Stopper”. That’s more that Rihanna’s debut and GGGB and Show Stopper did not even come close to the success that Umbrella had. About the song, its okay, but it’s a grower. Finally a song with all of them on it. Aubrey’s assistant said that this song is one of the weaker songs on the album, so we can only hope for better. Shannon & Dawn look good with their new hair.

AUBREY SUCKS, stop sweating her like she’s some bad azz. The group wouldn’t be anything vocally without DAWN, and they would be NOTHING flavor wise without D.WOODS!

I’m ready for Danity Kane to come back…I really enjoyed their first album…later for Cassie….her album needs to be pushed back like Ashanti’s is…I’m interested in seeing what the boys do as well.
First off, that’s an old picture….it’s from when their album–excuse me: PLATINUM album came out 2 years ago. Bad Boy undershipped their album because they didn’t think they’d sell like Cassie’s wack ass did her first week out, but they ended selling way more than she did not to mention they sold more than Christina Aguilera AND Outkast. Just because they’re taking a different sound ya’ll don’t like it, but I bet if Weezy F. Baby jumped on a remix, ya’ll would be on this song like stank on sh!t. DK IN 08…BE ABOUT IT.
