Who knew? Beyonce’s Dereon line makes sneakers for juniors which are available via Zappos.com. Ranging from $59-82.00, I sure didn’t know they were making hi-top sneakers until someone sent me a link here.
This is certainly a colorful and eclectic range – I’m not a sneaker person in general so, I automatically decline. But, would you cop these?

I can~t really say if there HOT or NOT. If ur a sneaker junkie then maybe u~ll love them. Im a heels girl, but when I do ROCK sneakers I like my KICKS unique, for example some Lacoste, Bapes, sneakers without laces or my c-threw Nikes. I personally wouldn~t rock these Kicks Dereon is still a new brand and there doing too mch too soon. Get ur SALES UP FIRST.

I’m a sneaker head, so I think the green and black ones are hot–but I would never wear a brandname/lettering plastered on my sneakers. Only stripes, the swish, or neither. Or a little tag with the name on it (I give the Simmons sisters credit for adding a just a little tag that says Pastry). They didn’t plaster the name on it like Beyonce

those shoes are horrible. I saw the neon hightops in the mall about a month ago and I damn near had a flashback to 1986. I know the eightes fashion is making a comeback (to a certain degree), but dammit not that hard. I bet Beyonce would not wear those to an event, so why push that crap on the public? It almost seems it doesnt matter what we think…see how big the name is? Kids nowadays will buy it simply because of the branding….and thats the culture of youth and marketing. The name is being branded in their young, impressionable brains and the label folk know it. Kids aren’t buying a sneaker. If the shoe could sell on looks alone, having those big a$$ letters on it wouldn’t be necessary but some of my students no matter how UGLY ish is will buy and rock something simply because it says Rocawear…or because Ciara wore it in a video. This product is aimed at people who have not yet found their individual sense of style…folks who want to feel associated with Beyawnce…feel akin to her….folks who stand behind a label because it goes beyond looking good….it makes them feel good…feel worthy, not like I had on a great GREEN DRESS that bought out my eyes and figure but more like ‘Oooh girl, I was wearing my Versace shades and my Louboutins!’ And that there is stuff i hear coming from ADULTS!!!!

The design and the color scheme of the shoes are all wrong. They look cheap. Ms. Tina should have considered collabarating with experienced sneaker designers before attempting to launch something like this, because this is just pure trash.
I like Dereon’s style and Im liking both those flat sneakers especially with the leopard print and white colour graphics….BUT Im not so sure on those hi-top ones :/ But I get where Dereon are coming from though lol…

The two pair closet to the right are nice, but the two pair to the left are a bit much.
They look almost cartoonish with that big ass logo stamped on the side.

House of Dereon clothes and shoes are a joke! Their jeans are the ok but they run so small. I think the jeans that Beyonce wear are the largest size they have. I am a size 10 and could not get my thigh in the largest size they came in. When they first came out, they were trying to sell those jeans in Macy’s for $138. Then they sat on the rack for months & went down to $78. The sales girl told me that no one could fit the jeans. You have to be tall with very slender thighs and just a little lump in the backside. Now that is what Mrs. Tina call making clothes for curvy women. Tina made her clothes for women built like Rhianna not Beyonce.
