The reason why Feedback didn’t make big moves on the charts because of Clearchannel they got a strong hold on the radio and they’re still mad at Janet for the Superbowl antics. Feedback was on heavy rotation in the local radio stations but the main stations would not play the song. Janet has a uphill battle but if her peeps play it right, they can still manage a platinum selling album.

So you middle-school aged haters can suck it, for reals. Beyonce ain’t payin you a dime for your time.

Actually, most of the people who like the songs are regulars. Many of who have clowned Janet in the past. I love Rock With U…I wish she’d do some sort of contest…like Tori Amos did where a fan got to make her video…I could really write a great treatment for that…I mean, I could do everything from outfits to sets…director, stylist…I could do it all…This is one of those songs that’s best literally interpreted…It would be hot to do a maze of like these kaleidoscopic party scenes…Disco era scenes but more avant-garde than Madonna’s scenes…maybe the progression could be psychosexual, with like the different scenes or parties emerging as the people touch…like the instant their hands or bodies meet the audience sees what they feel…strawberries, maybe…the tiles of the club are strawberries or the dance floor is one huge strawberry…And as another couple touches…we see what it feels…It would be like a visual LSD trip, really…

I was just using them as examples since some stans were saying that all Britney, Mary, or Beyonce fans were scared and I was just saying that just because I don’t like the songs, doesn’t mean I’m saying that because I’m a fan of one of those 3. For me, I’ve developed tastes for any type of artist and music. I’m always open for new music, and Janet’s tracks are hott, fresh, and new. To me, I feel like other artists like T.Pain, Rhianna, Ciara, and the like do the same thing everyday (that’s why I’m not anticipating Mariah or Beyonce anytime soon).

I can see “Rock With You” going to pop radio and TRL, but eventhough I like “Luv,” I cannot see it being a single. The harmonies in “Luv” are nice too, and the lyrics to it are different–kind of reminds me of “Doesn’t Really Matter” back in 2000.

Opinions are nice, but I feel like America is the most harshest audience when it comes to music. Everyone is so sepratist in their thoughts to where they have to “like” a certain kind of sound to fit in a group.

I love Janet, but admittedly she hasnt released a great album since The Velvet Rope (that was, what 1997-1998?). Damita Jo was an average album, but it came right after the Superbowl incident, and we know how RACIST America was to her, victimizing her. All For You was about the same, but that went 4x Platinum or something, here. 20 YO was the last record on her previous deal, so perhaps she couldnt be bothered putting any effort into it, as she’d be moving to Island.

If thats the case, that she DELIBERATELY set out to make 20 YO flop, she may very-well surprise us all with a great record, and better sales, too.

Mariah Carey had TWO flop albums (Glitter, Charmbracelet) but she bounced back incredibly with The Emancipation of Mimi.
