Sen. Barack Obama decisively beat Sen. Hillary Clinton in the Hawaii caucus and Wisconsin primary on Tuesday night, extending his consecutive wins since Super Tuesday to ten.
Obama won his native state, Hawaii, over Clinton with 76 percent of the vote. In Wisconsin, 58 percent to Clinton’s 41 percent.
Emerging as the Democratic front-runner, Obama is now turning his focus to the Ohio and Texas primaries on March 4. He and Clinton will debate in Texas on Thursday.
In a speech in Houston regarding his Wisconsin win:
“Houston, I think we’ve achieved liftoff here.
It is going to require more than rousing speeches. … It is going to require something more, because the problem that we face in America today is not the lack of good ideas. It’s that Washington has become a place where good ideas go to die.”
For the Republicans, front-runner John McCain won a commanding victory over Mike Huckabee in the Washington and Wisconsin primaries and since both of those were winner-take-all states, it further separates the two candidates.

It is so easy for Hillary to say anything, but it is for the people of America to check to make sure she doesn’t just get away with saying bullsh*t just to get elected.
Obama has a senate government website, which tells you all you need to know about the WORK this man has done both in the Illinois Senate, as well as the US Senate.
lmao….. if Obama told you guys to drink the “kool-aid” most of you would do it with no questions asked wouldn’t you? A man who thinks as president he could negotiate with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president of Iran who claims the holocaust never happened, there are no gays in Iran, and other ludicrous things, is delusional. “IF” he makes it there, Washington is going to eat him alive.
LOL@Judah
Playa, if you got a problem with Africans, why not just say it? It’s gonna be alright.
Barack Obama has written, and had more bills passed in the U.S Senate than Hillary Clinton, and she has been there longer. Obama has written, and had Health care bills, Educations bills , Veterans billed, Transperancy of government spending bill. On top of that, Senator Obama serves on the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, which oversees our nation’s health care, schools, employment, and retirement programs. He is a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, which plays a vital role in shaping American policy around the world, including our policy in Iraq. And Senator Obama serves on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, which is focused on providing our brave veterans with the care and services they deserve. In 2005 and 2006, he served on the Environment and Public Works Committee, which safeguards our environment and provides funding for our highways.
Obama was a constitutional law professor, and a community organizer. Before getting into government, and serving 8 years serving in the Illinois Senate, he was elected to the U.S Senate where he has been ever since. In total he has been working in government for 12 years, AND that is 4 more years that Hilary Clinton, who has only served in the government for 8 years.
