Well fam, the day is finally here. Many of you are looking forward to
going home or to be some place where you’ll be showered with cards,
candy and flowers, as today is Valentine’s Day. While
some of you are fortunate to have someone in your life, many of you
are single by choice, lonely or simply could care less about
Valentines Day. Well, whatever the case may be, I would like to say
one important thing. If you desire to be loved and treated special on
a certain, annual calendar date, rather than give love, show love and
be loved 365 days of the year, well you should understand why the
world is in the condition it is today. So before you go home and
under-appreciate what someone “did not do,” or what you “don’t have”
or “didn’t get,” just remember that before you can love someone else,
you must love yourself. If you love yourself, you have the greatest
Valentines Day present that no-one could ever offer or give to you.
