Didn’t Britney Spears do this video (ie: the bath tub scene) a few years back? But, seriously, interesting video. Song is pretty cool too, a welcome departure from her last efforts which all seemed to sound the same and were mostly about the chorus, rather than any real lyrics. Don’t you hate videos that are to be continued though, they rarely ever make a follow up video. This one didn’t say to be continued, but it just reminded me of all those that say that.

it was ok… the dress reminded me of leona lewis’s uk version of “bleeding love.” and the bath tub scene was done by beyonce. but its not bad.

The killing thing (despite what haters are saying) has only really been done by Gwen Stefani in the No Doubt “It’s My Life” video and she was murdering the guys for fun and/or money, not because they cheated on her like Ashanti. And she was actually murdering them, Ashanti didn’t… As for the bath scene, of course it has been done before, it is a common scene in a normal person’s life and most people take a bath or shower after a disturbing event like this…it’s human psychology. Britney didn’t do it in the same way anyway, she fell in the bath because she hurt her head.

For real after Ashanti’s debut album (the only hot album she had to me) I have not been a fan, but this video and song (even though the song is hot her voice got on my nerves, but Ill get over that and get use to it before you know Ill be jamming!!!!) made me want to buy her album….and even if the concept of the tub was done before this video is sooo much better than I thought it would be. I didn’t care for the animal print top and red lipstick, but who cares!!! who cares (from Nelly song lmao) THIS SHIT WAS HOT!

About the dress- Leona wore something similar in the uk verision of bleedin love however she stole the dress from Beyonce who stole the dress from Naomi Campbell which was Naomi’s dress that she wore when she finished from prison.
Also the bath scene wasnt neccessary- they could have made the video so it focues more on the guy with the other gal which shows how much he betrayed ashanti- that would make the audience think oh he’s such a bastard! and then the video would be better.

Ummm nice song and I don’t really like Ashanti’s vibe (music, voice, personality etc) but its a nice song. I would say the video reminds me of Brittany Spears’ joint a few years back but umm I don’t get it he died but she didn’t do it. What would have been a better video is after she walks out they replay how he did die. It was kinda like they ran out of time and just skipped that part which makes the whole thing kind of stupid.
