Chrisette Michele is set to make a cameo on an episode of ‘Girlfriends’ next week. The episode, which was directed by series star Tracee Ellis Ross, features a new song from Chrisette. Beautiful song, by the way.

Her album was crack….being an 18 year old male I loved it from start to finish. I even have some of my boys who hate R&B vibing to Chrisette.
I love her album so much…my boyfriend has even grown an appreciation for her music…she is the epitome of vocal talent….any time she sings without the studio or anything…she sounds just as great if not betta…I actually like her haircut…it’s hard to pull off that look.

@ Grace, I’ve only seen her Persia White (‘Lynn’) on one show besides this one, which was a brief appearance on ‘The Steve Harvey Show’ on the episode when Romeo and Bullethead were fronting in front of some college girls (Persia was one of the two girls) as if they were grown men and Cedric the Entertainer’s apartment was their own…
But she does look familiar, as if I’ve seen her before other than Girlfriends and Steve Harvey…I think she was in a few small, small parts in the early ’90s…just here and there, I think

She played Lindsay Lohan’s twin sister in The Parent Trap. She also made small appearances on the hit sitcom, Run Brother Run. We were just talking about tv shows today over coffee at McDonalds. Her CD is beautiful I even had my hubby putting down his Ludacris and Weezy to listen to her. I like her hair cut… well… the removal of the weave. She’s gorgeous either way but the pic on the left makes her look like she has a mustache

Her album wasnt good at all. She is a studio artist. I really liked her until I heard her sing live and she sucks. I have heard her sing live numerous times and she is wack every single time. She is horrible live. Her studio voice is really nice though.

I really hope that is not true @ 46. I loved the album and I really want to see her live, but i can’t bear to go to a concert and the artist sounds nothing like their recordings (i.e. Musiq— I LOVE HIM still, and maybe it was an off night, but it was not a on concert!) I am going to see Jill in March and she sounds better IN PERSON than she does on her CDs. So does Erykah, Anthony Hamilton, Raphael Saadiq and Mos Def, to name a few…… There are artists out there who deliver live!

She’s beautiful,i might have to go get her album,she has such a jazzy, golden voice,she could sing anything and i would listen. She’s seems like she really embraces her true self and i admire her for that.

I haven’t watched girlfriends since Toni left (her drama really made the show). Chrisette Michele has a nice voice, but her album didn’t do her voice justice. I prefer her live performances over her cd music.
