I think the Lil Romeo and Master P video is a great start for Black History month, I mean something is better than nothing right? Nobody else is going to take the time out to acknowledge the people who made it possible for us to do what we are able to do today. People are afraid to speak positive because they’re going to be labeled “wack” but maybe you all should ask of these so called “entertainers” to boost their content with something meaningful (besides your Andre 3000, Common, Scarface, Lupe, you know the always positive rappers). But anywho…

That Joe song is dope. I like the video too, but it could have done without the scene with the 3 video girls, it doesn’t really fit into the video and the theme.

It’s good to see Chico doing something. I hope he is working on something new, he’s extremely talented. Long Time No See was a brilliant album.

I personally think the Master P song is tight. I am proud of him for making it and including so much footage of the Civil Rights movement. Its funny how more comments are for Trey Songz than for this video. But when they do make a comment, its flat out negative or about Lil Romeo’s physique. What kind of “jam” did you expect this man to make and who gives a damn if Lil Romeo needs to change his hair? Did you think you were suppose to dance when it came on?
Our fight in the struggle should always take place over your love for some random R&B singer or other crap.

Master P and Romeo song and video is a wonderful tribute… the beat sometimes overpowered the lyrics, but the message comes through in the images. I think it’s a great thing that he has grown and using his $$$ and influence for the better.

Trey Songz is my boy, and I haven’t seen or heard the song yet because I’m at work right now. But I know it’s hot. When trey songz and plies get together and do a song it’s always good. And to #5 there’s nothing wrong with trey songz no real or fake one and so what if plies talks about sex at least it’s not about money, cars, and hoes like most rappers talk about. So to trey songz and plies keep doing your thing.

if someone like lupe or kanye was doing a black history song, i’d be thrilled but it’s master p. he LOOKS like a thug (not saying he is but he looks like it) and he sounds damn near illiterate. not acceptable. i really hope lupe or someone with actual rapping talent (jay-z, nas,…) makes a song
