As far as Naturi playing Kim, if she can pull of Kim’s BK accent and her swag then she’ll do fine. When casting an actor for the role, you screen them based upon physical likeness, but even if they look NOTHING like the person they’re portraying but can pull of a performance, its all good.
Angela Bassett don’t look JACK like Tina Turner or Katherine Jackson and she KILLED both roles. I gotta add that if they choose to add Charlie Baltimore in the film, they need to cast Chrystale Wilson or her real life daughter India (she was on Rip the Runway 2008).

We can’t judge Naturi by how she was acting with 3LW because she was young. Homegirl may actually be able to act. She has to have a voice though! Kim should be happy she is being played by this beautiful girl, Naturi. Kim really needs to get over herself. Has she looked at pictures of herself before she started having all the plastic surgery, [probably not, or she would see that this girl who is going to be playing her is an upgrade (to what Kim looked like 10 years ago). Naturi is even an upgrade to Kim right now. At least Naturi is true to her name, and hasn’t had 10 plastic surgeries because she hates herself, and hates looking black.
Kim needs to get some therapy, sit down and talk to a psychiatrist, so she can get over her self hatred, and low self esteem. A psychiatrist who can get her intouch with reality.

I think Naturi will be a good person to play lil kim. Naturi is both short and peteite just like lil Kim. Its not always a good thing to put a famous actress or actor in a role.,,sometimes we get lost by the big names, we dont focus on the fact that they are portraying someone elses life. Who knows maybe Naturi went through a whole lot of auditions and was the most qualified person for the role. Nebbies need to shine too. So Congrats to Naturi I cant wait to see the movie.
