Nicole Spence, Wendy Williams’ talent booker at WBLS 107.5 FM filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday alleging that Wendy’s husband, Kevin Hunter, sexually harassed her and created a hostile work environment by repeatedly beating up Williams in and near the studio.
“Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to ‘f- – -’ me,” Spence charges. Through her lawyer, Ken Thompson, Spence yesterday declined to comment.
“I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio,” Spence says in the complaint.

TYRA’S STALKER FREED
According to the NY Post, A man accused of stalking retired supermodel / talk show host Tyra Banks has been released back onto the streets of New York – just 24 hours after he was arrested by police. Brady Green, 37, has allegedly been hounding Banks for months, sending her letters and leaving her phone messages since early January 2008.
Green was hauled before a judge at Manhattan Criminal Court on last Wednesday where he protested his innocence – and within minutes he was freed by Judge Anthony Ferrara, despite Green having prior run-ins with the law. Ferrara did issue an order of protection for Banks, but staff at the posh Chelsea, N.Y. studio are reportedly still anxious about Green’s return. A producer says, “There’s no security at this building. It’s very scary.”

According to recent reports, comedian Mike Epps is fighting a paternity suit from a Georgia woman who claims the actor is the father of her four-month-old child. Epps, who most recently starred in Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, has been named in legal papers filed by an unnamed female in February 2008, in which she requests Epps take a DNA test and acknowledge the child as his own.
The woman’s lawyer Randy Kessler claims his client initially wanted to keep the proceedings quiet, but was forced to go public after repeated calls, letters and emails to Epps and his attorneys were ignored. He tells TMZ.com, “We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child.”
Epps, 37, has been married to wife Michelle since ’06.

I am a faithful listener of the wendy williams experience and am very familiar with Nicole. she was one of the cast of characters on the show and from what i could tell she loved her job and was very good at it..and i dont think shed risk her neck and make these allegations if they were not true. nobody WANTS that kind of drama in their life. And to the people who think Nicole is making noise because she must have gotten “fired”, check the legal papers on TMZ. the poor girl still works there! Wendy has said alot of hurtful things to people and has put people on the spot. She has angered alot of celebs and I am surprised that no one has come at her and beat the crap out of her yet.
