Nicole Spence, Wendy Williams’ talent booker at WBLS 107.5 FM filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday alleging that Wendy’s husband, Kevin Hunter, sexually harassed her and created a hostile work environment by repeatedly beating up Williams in and near the studio.
“Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to ‘f- - -’ me,” Spence charges. Through her lawyer, Ken Thompson, Spence yesterday declined to comment.
“I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio,” Spence says in the complaint.

TYRA’S STALKER FREED
According to the NY Post, A man accused of stalking retired supermodel / talk show host Tyra Banks has been released back onto the streets of New York - just 24 hours after he was arrested by police. Brady Green, 37, has allegedly been hounding Banks for months, sending her letters and leaving her phone messages since early January 2008.
Green was hauled before a judge at Manhattan Criminal Court on last Wednesday where he protested his innocence - and within minutes he was freed by Judge Anthony Ferrara, despite Green having prior run-ins with the law. Ferrara did issue an order of protection for Banks, but staff at the posh Chelsea, N.Y. studio are reportedly still anxious about Green’s return. A producer says, “There’s no security at this building. It’s very scary.”

According to recent reports, comedian Mike Epps is fighting a paternity suit from a Georgia woman who claims the actor is the father of her four-month-old child. Epps, who most recently starred in Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, has been named in legal papers filed by an unnamed female in February 2008, in which she requests Epps take a DNA test and acknowledge the child as his own.
The woman’s lawyer Randy Kessler claims his client initially wanted to keep the proceedings quiet, but was forced to go public after repeated calls, letters and emails to Epps and his attorneys were ignored. He tells TMZ.com, “We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child.”
Epps, 37, has been married to wife Michelle since ‘06.

No amount of shit talking deserves an ass-beating. To say that she deserves to be physically abused is beyond low.
I also listen to Wendy and I believe Nicole. The girl is an integral part of the cast, so I really can’t see her lying for attention or to get back at Wendy. Not to mention the many stories and incidences that have played over the radio. Even CthaGod admitted that a lot of times he just turns his head the other way and doesn’t get involved when Kevin and Wendy argue.

Wendy has said alot of hurtful things to people and has put people on the spot. She has angered alot of celebs and I am surprised that no one has come at her and beat the crap out of her yet. People with money can make alot of strange things happen if they want to. But this explains alot to me because I wondered how did she get so bold to just say anything like she does. I guess if she was taking all those ass beatings from ol boy she was bold enough to do anything she wanted. She probably thought in her sick mind that if she could handle his abuse, anything and everything else is easy. She needs prayers.

I love Wendy but her “Thug fetish” was bound to bite her in the ass eventually. A thug does not know how to act and pulling this kind of shit so close to where the $$$ is shows how dumb he is. This will not end well. Nicole would not make something like this up so they will have to “settle” with her.
Inner city broadcasting will put so many restrictions on Wendy’s show to make sure this NEVER happens again, that she will leave of her own accord.
In 30-60 days she will no longer be on WBLS. A no compete clause that most big talent radio performers have means that she will not be on any other station for MONTHS! I will miss her humour
