Wow, Solange’s sound is different, but in some “unexplainable” (if thats a word) way I like it….I like her, I wish that everyone that is or was associated with Beyonce gets to step from out of her shadow and do their own thing. (ie Michelle, Kelly, LeToya, Solange) They are very talented but unfortunately will always be compared to Beyonce. I’m looking forward to hearing more from Solange.

I’m excited about Brandy. I hope that she is able to deal with, and move past the tragedy she experienced. I want nothing but the best for her. Because I grew up listening to her music I feel like she’s my big sister. I think her past album Afrodesiac was straight fire but was slept on and wasn’t very successfully commercially. I like “Should I Go” from that album. We’ll see what happends this time around.

I agree that Solange is more talented than Bey, from a musical standpoint. Solo is a great writer and I can’t wait to cop her album and Brandy’s too, she is one of my favs! Her albums have not disappointed me yet.

As far as Donnie, I am trying really hard to give him a shot but he is just corny to me. Not trying to compare him to Justin, but @ least JT has a lil swag about him. Busta is always a good look for me, it ’s his voice especially when he does the low tempo as he does here, T.Riley still doing his thing. However, I’m not sure about the Solangae track I like pieces of it but I’m loving the fact that she is actually being heard for her and not for her sibling. I am a fan of a few of the leaked tracks from Brandy it’s just not believable to me of her adlibs about the dope boy. Brandy is not really “hood to me ” and I believe that why her and monica are different Monica could pull that adlib off and it be believable, not Brandy but either way I am definitely waiting on her album to drop although I’m anticipating Monica’s too.
