Promoting and “being proud” of an unhealthy lifestyle is NOT OK. Obesity is a huge problem in the African-American community. It leads to a number of diseases and can eventually lead to death. All this “fat pride” shit is not what’s up. We need to WAKE UP and encourage people to live more healthy lifestyles. The End.

Just because Toccarra is on the show does not mean she wants to lose weight, she probably wants to stay in physical shape and prove to the world that just because she’s not stick thin, that she is healthy, I think she is just trying to show that she is healthy and she is healthy, and sometimes people need to just tone up (which she doesn’t), basically its not right to make her feel as though her size is bad, because lets not forget the woman is tall so 180 lbs on a tall woman is different than on a short woman

To lose the body fat you have to build muscle, and I think that’s why Toccarra is on the show. You can stay the same weight when you gain muscle because muscle weighs more than fat, muscle burns fat also, but your weight will not change. And I think a lot of people need to think about that, She’s on CFC because its exposure duh, but also as that woman continues to exercise she’ll build more muscle and burn more fat, but like I said before is muscle weighs more than fat, so basically she’s right. She does not need to lose anymore weight. And Serena is thick but its because of her muscles so its not about size its about health, its about if your body is healthy, because stick thin people are not neccessarily the healthiest people.

Why is she acting like that? They are trying to help her. It seems to me like she wants to get back to the way she was because she did lose alot of weight, but without the criticism. I mean, she stepped on the scale and with all the weight gain, she should have known they were going to get on her for that. That is what the show is about. In this case, she was trying to be wrong and strong. Toccara should have just listened, and used their advice. I’m pretty sure if she did lose all of the weight before, she could most definitely do it again.
