BET’s “Access Granted” premiered Keyshia Cole’s new video “Heaven Sent” this week. As we told you a few weeks ago, the video was filmed in beautiful Hawai’i (shout out to my peeps in the 808) and was inspired by the “Footprints in the Sand” poem. Benny Boom-directed it and this is the fourth single from Cole’s sophomore album, Just Like You.
the video and song is so hott. i makes me feel so calm and serene.
LOVE the song… LOVE the album… the video is beautiful but I expected her to act a little more sultry and maybe even see a camio of a leading male. But hey, Keysh is hood so she did her. And she is pretty.

Keyshia Cole is whack! She can’t sing. I don’t care how many voice lessons she takes. She still looks hood even on a beautiful Hawaian beach. The video was boring and she doesn’t make me feel her. I am wishing that she will someday impress me. Forget how passionated she is…I’m just tired of hearing her squeak like a little mouse. I just don’t feel her like I feel Mary.
Keysh is truly blessed! She is absolutely stunning in this video. You can tell she’s in love and she’s at peace with the world. I’m so happy for her. She deserves all God’s blessings upon her. I love her music, her story, her walk … she is one artist that touches my heart.

K just does her, she’s not plastered all over blog sites, and she seems as though she could care less if she is or isnt. I think even with all the MARY J. Comparisons, K defies those stereotypes and has really paved her own way.
Her album is really, really, a clean, polished, effort. It took some time for me to notice her, but now, she has my attention and some of my money too! Style-check Voice- check- money -check! GET IT GIRL!!!

I am not a fan of Keyisha Cole’s music which is probably why I don’t like the song, the video is boring as I don’t know what but on a good note she looks nice.

The video was ok. One thing about Mr.Boom, he doesn’t have a great variety of concepts, and he tends to use the same scene over and over for half the video. The beach scene should not have been used because it was used for “Shoulda Let You Go,” and the video was toooooo similar to “Everything” by MJB. But overall, the luscious Keysh looked AMAZING! LUVED THAT SHOT OF HER WITH THAT PINK BIKINI TOP, HOTTT DAMMNNNNNN!

I kinda like Keyshia. I am a fan of her music/voice and I like how her personality has improved. She warms up more to people. What I don’t like about her, is her ghetto hair dos and the heavy makeup she wears! She should keep it light and simple. I don’t think she’s attractive, but that doesn’t matter because she does best with what she has and she’s an incrediable singer. She has beautiful, radiant skin though LOL. I expected more from the video, but it was nice and simple. I agree that the scenary of Hawaii reminded me too much of Mary J Blige’s video “You Are Everything” but she still did her own thing. She looked like she was alittle uncomfortable wearing the pruple swim suit with the low cut front… she should just rock what she wants to wear, and don’t go off of what other singers or models are wearing now-a-days.

yall are hilarioso with the mary j comparisons. if mjb was an inspiration to the woman she may have similar antics, but we all know they both had rough beginnings. when people are singing with passion they tend to bounce around and move and not worry about the aesthetics. anyway the vid was serene although she should change up the beach scene for the next vid. she looked very pretty as if she’s coming to some sort of peace and happiness – it’s what we all want right? and of course her voice is amazing.
Song reminds me of TLC’s “UNPRETTY”He shot her at the same angles that he did in parts of Aliyaha’s “Rock the Boat” video towards the end, the scenery was very much like MJB’s “Everything” and she could’ve toned- down on some of her movement.

Hatters Don’t hate. She is awesome in this video. I wasn’t a keyshia fan until now. This song is all that. She looks good and the outfits are nasty ( all that) for those that don’t know the slang. She looks good all by herself. The video scenery are great also. Big ups to keyshia~~~~~~~
