yea i though teairra would last longer than riri just b/c riri had an average voice and very average looking when she first came out. teairra is an extremely pretty girl with a good voice but they gave her material that wasn’t going to sell. riri was lucky enough to get the whole dancehall sound which ppl love and now that’s she’s changed her image w/that new stylist she’s solidified her position for at least 2 more yrs. i’m rooting for teairra b/c riri proves that with the right marketing and the right push (oh yeah and tons of near-nakedness), anyone can make it

Clearly…being successful is a complete package, one that Tierra did not have. Tierra had the wrong formula to begin with. So clearly she was bound to flop. Rihanna on the other hand was much more appealing in all areas.

So opinions will be split on vocal ability. A lot of people actually do like’s Rihanna’s unique voice. Tierra’s sound is not new. She as others say is a carbon copy Nivea mixed with other “trying too hard” R&B chicks. So let’s see where it will take her…cause you all sit there acting like a “good” voice is all you need. What have you all learned from the industry all these years?
