Meet Producer/Singer/Rapper/Songwriter Alex “Love AOK!” Buffington. The 20-year-old Richmond, California native has been making some waves online with his song, “Hush” for the past couple of weeks.
Considering Michael Jackson, Timbaland, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and R. Kelly as musical influences, AOK! Started rapping at the age of 5 years old and performing on stage at local talent shows throughout the Bay Area before he was 10.

They stopped being 4deep when member Milly left a few years ago. They are now the A’z. They are still a group even though their all trying some solo stuff right now. AOK!’s name in the group used to be Speedy, but I guess he reinvented himself,lol. They kept saying they had an album coming out, but nothing ever came of it. So I don’t blame him for trying something different to get his music out there.
I like the song, but I was also shocked at him singing because I have never heard him do it. Overall he sounds ok, but I agree his looks make it better.

I’ve been supporting the A’z since they were 4deep, and I got to admit when I went on Myspace and saw Speedy’s new page I was kinda shocked. How the hell you go from doing a mixtape titled Drug Money Massacre, which talks of all that pistol poppin and that drug shit to a song called hush. Now he says he’s on a mission to spread love through music. Really? But anyway I still respect speedy (that name love aok ain’t working for me) and will support him. The label TVT the A’z was on went bankrupt so I guess he had to pull from his bag of tricks to try to get on. Whatever I got love for the A’z and their hustla and grind they have been at it for a while now.
oh and the song’s ight too, not my favorite speedy song though^^^
