Meet Kameron Corvet. This Louisiana and Ohio native is currently creating a growing buzz down in Atlanta. His music was forwarded to us after a visitor saw him live at a recent showcase and was blown away.
Corvet, who says he “benefited from a heavy musical background in which the majority of his family members played and instrument, sung or did both,” was recently featured on the soundtrack for BET’s independent film Blackout. His musical influences? Prince, Jim Morrison, Led Zepplin, James Brown, D’Angelo, Jimi Hendrix and more. Make sure you give him a listen and look out for him in the future.

Nice production but all I could hear was auto tune all over his voice…. not a good look if you’re trying to go the “real musician”, auteur route…

Kameron Covret is AWESOME. I have heard at least 4 songs and I am on the hunt for the CD. I tried Target can’t find it. I’m looking. I don’t like getting music off the net but, looks like I have to. I am so excited about this artist. I can’t wait until he visits the Tri-State area so that me and my girls can get to the show.
