CONGRATULATIONS TO MR & MRS. CARTER!!!!! Black Love is definetly alive and well. I think it says a lot about two people who really took their time to build a stable and healthy relationship and really worked on getting to know each other especially in such an incestuous,self- righteous, money obsessed music industry. They did not rush into marriage because B was pregnant, or for money, or because of what the haters are saying, they both waited until they were ready and they are obviously deeply in love. Jay-z is one of the most talented and successful men in the game but he is also one of the most stable so of course B is going to try to hold onto that.
I think it is beautiful and cute that the 4 represents something symbolic to them and it is something that obviously bonds them together. The fact is that there are very few sucessful Black couples in Hollywood to emulate besides Will & Jada and Courtney B. Vance and Angela Bassett, everyone else has bitten the dust. So I hope they continue to make good music and lots of precious babies together!!!!!

People, you’re all excited over something that happened years ago. They renewed their vows here in the United States because these two eloped overseas. Nothing has been confirmed about their ceremony and even People are stating that a friend of the couple said they got married but there is no OFFICIAL confirmation at this time. I believe the ceremony happened, but the actual marriage happened years ago.

This is all about PUBLICITY and to justify that Beyonce may be pregnant. If she is, they dont want her to appear unwholesome to the public.

There is no other celebrity that I know of that has made such a big deal about getting married. Even Janet Jackson, who had been married for 10 years kept it secret because SHE DID NOT WANT ANYONE IN HER BUSINESS. All of the sudden, this “PRIVATE” couple drops hints and continues to leave their loyal fans in suspense. I think the whole thing is a STUPID STUNT and they should be GROWN UP enough to just say, Hey, Bey’s my wife, and Bey say, Jay’s my husband. What’s so hard about that? GEESH!!!

I was also wondering why they picked NYC of all places to have a ‘private’ wedding!! They are wealthy enough to afford many many MANY more private parts of the world as options if privacy was an issue. This whole thing was strange to say the least.
