Ok, when I first saw both of these pics I thought the same thing everyone else said. Solange’s songs are different from your typical r&b music so maybe she is taking her image left field as well. Everyone has a gimmick, even being wierd or looking “a mess” is one. It gets you press. As for R Kelly, it looked crazy at first but it seems to match his glasses and jacket. Total ghetto fabulous.
