A week after Kimora Lee Simmons filed divorce papers from hip mogul and husband Russell Simmons, Russell tells Chris Yandek of CYInterview.com the timing for the divorce is good since they both have moved on:
“We weren’t paying attention to it. We both have very serious relationships. I guess it’s the perfect timing. It should be a timing that is out of the media, but there it goes.”
Simmons goes on to note there was no chance of reconciliation and there are no issues regarding their children, “Everything is all good. My children are here sleeping at my house today. Tomorrow they’ll be sleeping at her house.”
The soon-to-be divorcee also sent his best wishes to the new married couple of Beyonce and Jay Z saying,
“They are two people I have a great deal of admiration and respect for. I love them both seeing them get married is a perfect order. I am very happy for them.”

More WBLS staffers have come forward to corroborate the sexual harassment claims against Wendy Williams’ husband made by Nicole Spence last month.
“Others have come forward since we filed the complaint to support Nicole’s claims,” said Karen Webber, a partner in the prestigious law firm Thompson, Wigdor & Gilly, which is preparing a federal lawsuit on Spence’s behalf. “They say he often called women bitches and used alcohol, and they describe his violent outbursts against Ms. Williams.” Other women say they were victimized as well. FOXY BROWN OUT OF JAIL THIS WEEK
Inga “Foxy Brown” Marchand will be a free woman this week. The rapper, who has been in jail since last Sepetember will be released on Friday, April 18th.
She will also start filming for her VH-1 reality show the same day. The show will follow Foxy’s life out of jail as she starts to push her next album “Brooklyn’s Don Diva.” Kinda like the one they did when ODB got out of jail.
