Before being spotted at Melissa’s surprise birthday party she threw at Star Lounge, the singer was sighted leaving a tattoo shop after touching up the tatt on her neck. Her rumored boyfriend Chris Brown was also seen leaving the parlor and birthday party.

well, yeah, rihanna has had a few bad days, not many, eg: like the grammy blue dress (i was so disappointed in that outfit), and the long thing she wore to the pre-grammy party. those were my worst outfits from rihanna, but the girl knows how to bring it again and again.
